You can't even imagine what I went through with them. It's too much to even type on here. I've got all documents, emails, screenshots. They even banned me. Then sent me emails and addressed mail invitations to come back. So I made an appointment online. When I got there for my appointment they had not 1 not 2 ....but 3 police officers waiting for me for trespassing!!!! The district manager threatened myself and my husband on his personal cell phone not from the h and r office so the calls couldn't be recorded. Told me he was the entire areas district manager and in his own words said "there's no way to get around me to anyone higher up to complain about me cause all complaints go through him". Got all the screenshots on my phone.... Nathan Workman was his name. This was on 2021. I will be more than happy to provide any information necessary.
