Great attorney

I had a driving issue come up with the law. I needed an attorney and I had used Peter for family members before. Peter was able to provide me with everything I needed. If I had a question or a concern he was always a phone call or text message away. He helped explain every step of the process. I am done with my situation and am very pleased with the outcome. If I ever need to use him again I would, and will recommend him to any family or friends in the future.

I was charged with speeding and OVI. I had used Peter before for family members before but had never hired him personally. Obviously I had lots of concerns and questions.He was able to provide me with all the answers and information I needed. He was always just a phone call or text message away. His knowledge of the law and familiarity with the judge and prosecutor was a great benefit. He was able to get my charges reduced to a reckless op which was a great relief to me. I will never be in this situation again but if a friend or family member ever is caught in this kind of situation in the future I would not hesitate to recommend Peter to them...

He is extremely personable and goes for the best result possible. I had an OVI charge along with two other violations and all 3 got dropped to just 1; reckless op. The consequences of this don't have the severity of an OVI charge associated with them. He puts your best interests first. He knows the judges and the prosecutors and is able to be your advocate when speaking to them. Every case is different, but investing in this attorney will certainly give you a better result than if you don't.

Mr. Binning was hands-on the most amicable, straight-forward, on-my-side attorney I could have had. He is very likable an non-judgmental, regular guy outside the court room. In the court room he is so well liked by the judges and prosecutors that he is able to truly present the"other side" in an eloquent and persuasive manner that truly saves the day. There is no doubt he helped me beyond belief to get back on track in a big way, and definitely got the beat deal imaginable given the situation. He also truly cares too, not just about his work, but his client and their life beyond his work. His pricing is more than fair, almost too good, given the time and effort he puts into helping. I consider Peter Binning the tops of the tops in his field, and I absolutely know there is no one I could dream up to do better than he has done for me.
