Unfortunately, our family found ourselves in a position, in which, we had to take legal action against a nursing home regarding their neglectful care and utter disregard for our mother's life. We were referred to Attorney Martin Delahunty, of Martin & Zurz, by another Attorney, who highly recommended him. This referral let us know that Mr. Delahunty had the respect of his peers. We found Mr. Delahunty to be professional, knowledgeable and thorough. When we had questions or concerns, they were immediately addresses by either Mr. Delahunty or his Assistant Ms. Hunter. Also, we thought that he was very personable and understood our pain and how we felt and cared about our mother's treatment. Our youngest son was attacked by a neighbor's dog when he was 5 years old. The neighbor's insurance company wanted to give us a minute lump sum of money and call the case closed.
