I had the opportunity to work with Mike Geiser and Brian Gibbs. I am incredibly happy with their professionalism and sincere concern for my well-being. All of my questions and concerns were addressed beyond satisfactorily and quite timely. My settlement came to a close within days of giving birth to my premature son and Brian offered to come to my house to handle the final paperwork. I was very impressed with his willingness to be inconvenienced for my sake. I was also pleased with my settlement-it was much more than I was anticipating. I highly recommend this firm and will certainly return if I require their services again.

Working with Michael Geiser and his staff was a simple easy process. He was very knowledgable and very helpful and involved with every aspect of the case. I was in an accident on Feb13, 2015. Hit head on by a distracted driver. I am still recovering from the accident. I was flooded with junk mail from attorneys. I decided to contact Cecil and Geiser on my own from a television add. I'm so glad I did. They were with me every step of the way. Susan the assistant is phenomenal. Any question I had she was on top of it, and gave me quick and thorough answers. I started out with Andy Cecil as my attorney, and he came to my house, made me feel comfortable, and totally reassured. My case was turned over to attorney Brian Gibbs, as Andy was no longer handling cases. Brian is a professional, and gave me the same feeling. That feeling is important to me. I was given answers to my questions that I could understand, made me feel better, and I absolutely felt like they cared about me. I would recommend Brian without hesitation. When you are in that situation it's scary, confusing, and all around crazy. Cecil and Geiser were there for me. They are what lawyers should be.

I had a car accident a few years ago and the lady who hit me had no car insurance. A few days after the car accident I started to have a lot of back pain. The pain was so intense I couldn't even sit down. I went to the doctor and found out that I had a previous back injury that I never knew about. I started physical therapy and there wasn't much progress. My doctor indicated that I would need surgery or else my spin could disconnect. After hearing this I spoke to Sydney McLafferty about my options. She set a plan in motion and didn't stop until it was a success. She got me the settlement from my car insurance and then had to deal with my medical insurance company who was wanting majority of my settlement to recover their losses from my surgery. She was able to talk them down to a few hundred dollars instead of over $75,000. I am so glad that I got to work with Sydney and I am very thankful for her. She always stayed in contact with me, she answered any questions or concerns that I may of had, and she worked hard for me. I highly recommend Cecil & Geiser and especially Sydney.

After being horribly injured from being struck by a car while walking my dog, Mr. Ice and Ms. Tewksbury worked diligently to help me get all the details of my case sorted out and then settled.
