Thomas Taneff handled our loved one's estate. Our family was very pleased with Mr Taneff and his assistant Tina. They were very professional and responded to emails and phone calls right away. I sought out the services of Sam Schlein when I was unexpectedly let go from a company that I had work tirelessly for over 18 years. The company did not adhere to the terms of my employment agreement and from the beginning Sam was sympathetic and honest. I was terminated from my employer on June 1. I filed for unemployment and was denied by ODJFS based on statements from said employer. Needless to say, I hired Sam as my attorney and he was able to get me the unemployment benefits and the hearing officer ruled in my favor in doing so, but also made the ruling based on past employer not having "Just cause".
