Mike Geiser, Deb Bohr, and the entire Cecil & Geiser team are fantastic people to work with. I am so thankful I was referred to them - it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. I was leery of stepping into the personal injury world, but they made it very easy for me. I was in a horrible traffic accident over 2 years ago and from the very first day I met Mike through the 24+ months it took to settle the case, his #1 concern was always for my health. When he says, "You concentrate on getting better, we'll take care of the rest", he really means it and he really does it. He knows how to negotiate with insurance companies to your favor. Mike and Deb stayed on top of my case, monitored my rehab and doctor visits, kept me informed, and treated me with courtesy and compassion at all times. I never had to leave a voice message for Mike, because he was always in his office! And I was never asked to, "Hold, please" - I always got put right through to whoever I needed to speak with. Their conduct permeates the entire organization - even the receptionists are incredibly considerate! I can't imagine there are law firms that do things better than the way Cecil & Geiser does.

I had a motorcycle accident in June 2016 and shattered my leg. Mike met my husband and I while I was still in the hospital to do our consultation. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. Very easy to get in touch with. The office staff were always great to work with. Mile had let us know that the case would likely take a year to resolve at a minimum. I'm happy to say that my case was resolved within 5 months of the accident and he won the full settlement amount. Brian and Susan helped me out sooooo much! I was having a HARD time with the other persons insurance. They just kept on giving me the run around. Once I started to work with Brian and Susan I really didnt have much to worry about. They got the situation taken care of pretty quickly.

We're still dealing with appeals 10 months later and he's right on top of my case every step of the way! After my motorcycle accident I was extremely concerned about the future and well being of my wife and I. I remembered a commercial of Cecil & Geiser and immediately began researching what other clients of theirs have said about their experience with them. When I couldn't find anything negative regarding them I gave them a call and was connected with Scott Bowman. I had multiple broken bones and road rash so it was impossible for me to visit his office at the time so he came to my house that very day. The way Scott explained the process to me and how he talked to me and my wife was reassuring because he didn't talk down to you and he had great compassion for my wife and I and the situation we were going though. As weeks went on Scott and his assistant Sarah were a great help in reassuring me that they had everything under control and it was my job to get better and do what the doctors said to recover. It's been a few months since my accident and I know the process isn't over yet but I know through the rest of the case Scott and Sarah will continue to look after my needs and continue to provide excellent service to me. I couldn't recommend any greater law firm than Cecil & Geiser and I'm confident that the remainder of my case will go as smoothly as possible with Scott and Sarah.

I don’t think I have ever written a review before however; I wanted to thank Mr. Geiser and Deb Bohr for the positive experience during the last year and a half. There was never a time Mr. Geiser did not return a call and Deb did not find the time to answer my questions. I was called to court several times for the accident and Mr. Geiser contacted the court each time on my behalf to give information so the person who was at fault could be prosecuted. I looked at several cases on my own that were similar to mine and Mr. Geiser gave me several case studies. Mr. Geiser was able to settle for more than I expected and what I wanted. It’s not all about the money however; it does help out and I believe I received a more than fair amount. Deb Bohr also needs to be singled out. For anyone in business to be successful, they need good people around them. Mr. Geiser is very lucky to have someone like Deb around to help him. She was even willing to meet my wife outside the office to explain the steps and what Deb needed from my wife. Last, one of the first things Mr. Geiser told me he would not receive more money than I would. My son was bitten by a dog an almost lost his arm a few years ago. When we settled, we were on the short end of the deal.

I had the opportunity to work with Mike Geiser and Brian Gibbs. I am incredibly happy with their professionalism and sincere concern for my well-being. All of my questions and concerns were addressed beyond satisfactorily and quite timely. My settlement came to a close within days of giving birth to my premature son and Brian offered to come to my house to handle the final paperwork. I was very impressed with his willingness to be inconvenienced for my sake. I was also pleased with my settlement-it was much more than I was anticipating. I highly recommend this firm and will certainly return if I require their services again.
