He met us at our home, was an excellent communicator, cared about our family, and really knows the ins and outs of all the laws impacting personal injury cases. We were impressed with how professional he was, how frequently he called to give us detailed (yet understandable) updates on where we were at in the case, and what an advocate he was on our behalf.
