Great service fantastic lawyers

My experience was stellar, very professional and knowledgeable.

I can't find my previous review to edit it, but I had a series of bad experiences at the beginning of my process of filing Ch 13 Bankruptcy w/ Amourgis. My review detailed issues contacting my attorney and having something happened to my original attorney where she left the practice and I wasn't told until I requested a meeting with her and her paralegal (Toni is her name I believe - and she is absolutely wonderful and helpful, I've never had any issues with her) told me that I now had some other attorney. Since that time, I've had Brian Barch take over my case and I've had nothing but good things to say about my dealings with him. He has followed up with me and communicated in several ways (calls, texts, emails, snail mail, etc) to make sure I got the information that I need. I have filed my bankruptcy and have my creditor's meeting this week so I'm hoping this does not jinx how well this has been going, but I have been pleased at this apparent complete turn around in service. The office staff still doesn't seem to know much, isn't helpful, and has been rather unprofessional but Brian has been more than competent and I feel confident that he will continue to provide the best service possible.

I highly recommend another law firm. This place has been incredibly unprofessional throughout my case. From lack of communication to dragging the case out way longer than necessary to blatantly lying. I call all the time and get no one. When I do manage to get a hold of someone, they act like they have no clue what they're doing. I will never come back to this lowbrow firm. I can't imagine why people are giving this place good ratings. There's a word for these people, ambulance chasers. A true sign that you're making a deal with the devil. Use this company at your own caution.

If I could rate this place ZERO stars I would. Not only do they have trouble keeping promises they make to clients about handling things in a timely manner, they also like to screw their clients out of a paycheck. 2 weeks ago I was promised my monthly withdrawal wouldn’t be coming out due to me having surgery and not getting paid for a week but he didn’t no file it until today. So now what am I supposed to be able to do without a paycheck at all. Hints why it was supposed to be modified that no money would be taken out this month yet it did.
