I love the fact that I’ve had people from the firm reach out periodically about my care and I also love that they’ve set up everything for me and made the process less stressful and easy! I do not however like that when I ask a question via text, I don’t get a response unless it’s something they need. I also don’t like that I’m not being kept in the loop with what’s going on behind the scene.Had I known, I’d be working with a law firm pretty much in the dark, I probably would’ve chose someone else.
