Edit: Mr. Colombo personally reached out to me to apologize profusely about this. He absolutely remembered our previous talk, fully accepted ownership of the mistake, didn't try to pass the blame, recommended another lawyer that is better suited for my type of case (mine is product liability) and he even contacted them to let them know I'd be calling and gave them a rundown of the case. Though we had a communication issue at first, Mr. Colombo corrected the situation and went above and beyond. As I told him on our call, I have the utmost respect for someone when they own a mistake the way he did. Mr. Colombo absolutely earned my respect and trust. If God forbid I ever find myself or my family in the need for a personal injury lawyer, I will absolutely give Mr. Colombo another try. ----‐----------------------- I hate that I'm having to leave a review like this, but I'm at the end of my rope. Essentially what this review boils down to a serious lack of communication. After having called in and got the initial conversation for the case I was pursuing started, Mr. Colombo called me a week later for the consultation. He seemed interested in the case and asked me to collect some things to have sent to him, and that he would call me on June 12th to follow up and give me instructions on where to send the items. June 12th came, and no call. I gave it a week in case I misunderstood, but nothing. I had also emailed him around that time with a question, but no reply. After a week, I called back in and explained, was told this was gonna be passed along to Mr. Colombo and he would be calling me soon. I waited a week, still no call. So, a few days after a week passed, I called again, re-explained the situation, was told again that the info would be passed along and he'd be giving me a call, weeks go by and still no call.

We had a great experience working with Colombo law. Our paralegal named Janelle was fantastic to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable and patient. She took our calls and answered all our questions in a professional and timely manner. We were very pleased when all was said and done. If we are ever in need of representation again Colombo law will be our go to all thanks to how kind Janelle treated us! Five Stars all around!

Janell West & Kayla Sowers are just awesome! Both are easy to talk with & they really go to bat for you. I mainly worked with Janell. With her persistence & caring for her client she was able to get a few of my medical bills reduced and I received more money 😁. She is very easy to talk with and made sure I understood what was going on with my case. After a year and a half of talking on the phone, it was wonderful getting to meet her in person today.😊 I hope that I don’t need their services again but if I do I would certainly work with them again. I greatly appreciate them both I could not of handled it on my own.

Colombo Law has the best team to represent and go to battle for you. They genuinely care about you and your injuries. Kayla would call at least every two weeks just to check on you. Nathan, Travis and Dino are by far the best Lawyers you could ask for.

When my husband suffered a motorcycle accident due to the negligence of another driver we contacted Travis Mohler for advice on what to do. A little over 2 years ago, My fiancé, 1 year old at the time and I were hit by a negligent driver driving a semi truck on the freeway. Luckily our 1 year old was perfectly fine no injuries and I came out with cuts, bruises and lingering body pain. My fiancé was very badly injured upon impact resulting in a multitude of serious injuries ranging from facial lacerations requiring emergency plastic surgery, broken ribs, a deviated septum requiring a nose surgery, blood clots in the brain requiring 3 surgeries to remove them all and a few other injuries. As soon as my fiancé was released from the hospital we knew we had to find a truck accident attorney to help us through what was the most difficult time in all of our lives. That’s when we found Colombo Law and made an appointment for a consultation. During the consultation Nathan assured us that him and his paralegal, Kayla, would not only help us through every step of the way, but take care of a lot of things so that we could focus on recovering. Over the past two years, Nathan and Kayla have been nothing short of amazing and have taken care of EVERYTHING related to the case and keeping us updated along the way and answering every question we had with honesty. Now towards the end of our case, we have gotten a result that we were deserved thanks to Nathan and Kayla’s hard work and we appreciate everything they have done! Deciding on a law firm can be somewhat daunting, but look no further than Columbo Law. The people at Columbo Law are kind, thoughtful, honest, and caring people who are also second to none in the legal scope. I would pick them as my legal counsel 10/10 times and couldn't recommend them more. I also want to give special attention to two people specifically; Travis Mohler and Janell West. This was the team that I interacted with the most, and I couldn't sing their praises high enough. They are down-to-earth, amazing people who are also fantastic at their jobs. I'm only able to give a 5-star rating, but I would give them a 6th star if I could because that is how impactful, encouraging, and caring they have been to me during my experiences with them.
