Phillip helped me with paperwork. He explained everything to me. He always returned calls and E-mails. He was well prepared in court. He got me a fully favorable decision that day in court. Very professional knows the ins and outs of social security. I didn’t understand what was happening most of the time. He made sure I made my dates and made sure I filled out my paperwork so he could submit it. Even when it was just me responding to SSI he made sure I knew what they wanted and that I got it sent in on my end! Very nice and understanding of my disease and my issues. Thank you! Phil Gauer was exceptionally helpful in navigating the probate process after the passing of my mother last year. He is very familiar with all the rules and practices of the probate court, written and unwritten. He is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to and was very prompt to respond to my inquiries. I also found his fees to be quite reasonable and he provided a detailed record of how they were calculated. I highly recommend his services.
