Where to begin? When I called and explained my situation to Sean and his team I was already feeling defeated. Kohl & Cook Law Firm, is great! I had a threatened lien to be placed on my property by my condo association for past due HOA fees; I knew this was false because I had a payment agreement in place with the association for out of pocket cost for a roofing fix. The agreement stated I would hold back the HOA fees until I was repaid and then start up the fees again on the agreed upon date. This was violated, so I called Kohl & Cook Law Firm. I talked to Attorney Tim Cook, who said I had a good case. Attorney Tim Cook's fee was reasonable, and he wrote a letter to the association president and called him as well. Long story short, the condo association is not placing the lien and said HOA fees are current. This was done without litigation! Attorneys Sean Kohl and Tim Cook will get back with you quickly and are very professional and nice. If you have a home or condo issues call Kohl & Cook Law Firm they will do you right!
