Elizabeth represented me in a very complicated post decree matter. She was my third attorney and I wish she had been the first. We had to contend with an incredibly difficult opposing party but Elizabeth persevered with me. It took more than a year, but in the end Elizabeth was able to reduce my spousal support obligation by more than $250,000, shortening the term of payments significantly and the amount of the payments some as well. She was also able to help me to finally get my name off the house I owned with my ex, 5 years after the divorce. I can now move on with my life! Elizabeth was also really accommodating with allowing me to have a payment plan as my divorce had already caused me to have to file bankruptcy before I came to her. Her rate is very reasonable, her staff is very pleasant, and she was very professional but also very caring in representing me. She set very realistic expectations with me up front and absolutely did not surgarcoat the situation. Our goal was to achieve the best outcome possible and get closure for my situation, and I feel that was accomplished. Of course I hope that I never have to see the inside of a courthouse again, but if I do, Elizabeth will be going in there with me. I would highly recommend her.
