Very happy I decided to go with Monast, or a lawyer in general. They helped me get the surgery I needed that was initially denied, and helped with any compensation and settlement. Almost 5 years since my injury, but finally finished. Todd, Samantha, Jim and others I dealt with were all super helpful and understanding. It's not all an easy cakewalk and it can be time consuming (especially when the company and their lawyers are fighting hard against), but it's worth it. Without them, Id have never gotten the surgery I needed, found the other medical issues caused by the accident, been compensated what I was owed or even landed the job I'm in now. Very thankful!

I was injured on my job the ordeal was on video. I ended with increase highten Anxiety, Panic Attacks along with PTSD. Not to mention my shoulder injury from being yanked around while trying to protect myself I had pain daily with not being able to do my daily task the pain was horrible radiating from my neck down my arm I had limited range of motion . Jim has been working with me. He calms me because it feels like I have entered in a horrific time in my life for doing what I Loved d doing taking care of people. Now I need someone to take care of me. Jim has been a super huge hero and his staff with guidance and being by my side. I can’t Thank them enough.
