Both James and Todd were extremely helpful to me during a workers comp case that was really rough after an injury I had while driving. After nearly 2 years of fighting it they stuck with me the whole way and got me a resolution for it that was exactly what I needed! Not only were they a wealth of information but they also have continued to help me with additional issues that have arrived, I would highly recomend them to anyone that would ask for a good workers comp lawyer

I have known Jim Monast for over 30 years he and his law firm has assisted me many times throughout the 30 years and each quest has been triumphant. The Monast law office is personable With clients, available to all clients, patient with clients, and highly knowledgeable in law. There has never been a time where Mr. Monast and his team was not available to assist me and address any concerns. Jim Monast & his entire Monast Law office did amazing work. Nothing is more terrifying then being in an accident & going to hearings alone. With Monast Law Office, I never felt for a moment like I was alone. They guide you throughout the entire process to build up a case to fight for "you". I'm very grateful that I had Mr. Monast by my side, without him my BWC case would of ended much differently & I could of faced much financial burden. Mr. James Monast and Wilma (who is now retired) assisted my husband with his workers comp case. Yes, it was a long process with lots of doctors involved and lots of hearings with the Industrial Commission. They dropped my case and closed it out against my will with the workman's compensation board. I then reopened it myself and hired Fulton law offices and have just turn down the first offer. I would not recommend this group to litigate a fender bender they're worthless!
