I have been a client since 2012. My company tried to not pay me the first two weeks I was off Jim fixed that with one phone call. Jim is a very personable lawyer. He talks to you not at you. Wilma his right hand is a bulldog when she hears your getting the run around. They are easy to stay in contact with by phone or email. They make sure you see the right medical people that are working for you not the system. I have not missed a workers comp check since 2013. I have never seen a bill or receiver a call about any medical bills. Love these guys. 👍

3 years ago I hurt my back in a work accident. I was stuck in a red-tape nightmare. I was unable to get the treatment I needed or to support my family. I was referred to Monast Law and it changed everything. Jim Monast and his staff are truly caring compassionate people. Not only did they help me navigate the BWC red tape but were able to help me find a doctor that has been very proactive in getting me treatment. I highly recommend this Law Firm they believe in helping the individual. You are treated as a friend.

I actually used this attorney for years. After they breached my attorney-client privilege, I decided not to want to do business with them. Wilma Sams, the secretary was on recording talking smack about me. Very unethical. I have been contemplating filing an ethics complaint with the bar association because of the damage they did to my work reputation.

I have been with Monast for 10 years. They are extremely knowledgeable and will help no matter what the issue is. The staff is amazing as well. I recommend Jim to anyone that says they need help with their workers comp problems!

I have to say, everyone at the Monast Law Office has been more than helpful. They are polite, go above and beyond and have exceeded my expectations. I can't think of one negative thing to say. They are a great firm.

Attorney Jim Monast is the best lawyer that I have ever been represented by. He has stuck by my side, getting through all of the problems that come with a Workers Compensation claim. From beginning to end, he has helped me get all that was coming to me. He even helped me with things that I had no idea was available for me. If you ever need to file for WC, do not ever go it alone, because you will not get approved for any medical procedures or payments that you truly deserve. Mr. Monast is very respected in the courts, so he is never ignored. It has been tough for me to not work. But because of Mr. Monast, at least I have not had to worry about medical care or financing. There are aloit of lawyers out there, but I would never trust anyone other than who I consider the best of the best, Attorney James Monast.
