I almost gave up hope trying to find a lawyer. It seemed as if no one was willing to consult with me for more than a minute. I was feeling rushed off the phone like no one wanted to listen or cared. Sean was the only lawyer who took the time out of his day to speak with me and assist me with my situation. He gave me a peace of mind and restored my hope. Not many lawyers are willing to speak with you for free or to take the time to actually listen and understand your problems. 10/10

I am an attorney. I have a personal consumer claim. I do not practice in this area and am not familiar with the law in this field. Sean was very helpful in what we should do in the case of going forward with issue's on our new car. We called him exclusively about the Lemon Law in Ohio. Of course Sean had our best interest in mind. Giving me sound advice. Instead running up an attorney fee Sean suggested and told me how we should go about tackling the process on our own first and would be there if we needed help, all from a consultation over the phone. We felt very comfortable with the conversation that we had. Would definitely try using Sean in the future for any other issues I may have and would recommend for an attorney in Columbus.

My complaint was against a national bank, but a lawsuit or monetary settlement seemed unlikely. Several lawyers I contacted seemed uninterested. However, Sean Kohl was quite interested and even offered me some advise on how to proceed. It was pure luck I dialed this firm simply from a google search online! I am forever grateful to have been so lucky! Sean was so friendly and knowledgeable and fair! A great pleasure! We had many false mechanics liens against our properties done out of complete malice. We had both properties in contract to sell and a new home in contract to purchase, when we were shocked to find out about these outrageous liens that totaled more than the homes values and all to spite us and keep us from being able to buy or sell! I was so stressed reading about how long this could take to undo and costly litigation and how anyone can just file a mechanics lien without a spec of proof of work that was ever done! I was given worse case scenario and I believed that would be the case and I ended up with best case scenario! Within 10 days all liens were released and my homes were sold and I just closed on my new home! I cannot believe that this is real! Sean I want to personally and publicly thank you for saving me a bundle of money and relieving a mountain of stress! You did so well that you lost a bundle ! I appreciate you honesty and being fair and truly caring about our situation more than your pockets! Many people take advantage these days and you fear sir are honorable and a stand up attorney! I will recommend you to anyone! If Sean can save you stress, litigation and money , he actually will!
