Not residing in Ohio, I was a little nervous when I contacted Kohl & Cook based on a referral. Timothy was so helpful to me in determining whether I had a potential consumer protection case against an Ohio-based company. He spent the time discussing the pros and cons of the case and helped alleviate my concerns. Knows his stuff. Took our defense to court and the judge threw it out before we even had to testify on our behalf because Tim made the other guy look so ridiculous. Which he was, of course, but Tim did his job and did it well.
