Well you just can't say enough about Tom Morgan. He has been my BWC lawyer since 1990. He went to battle for me from day one. BWC was fighting the whole way but guess who won TOM MORGAN and I. On one hand I am really sad to see you retire but on the other hand I am happy for you. Now you can enjoy the rest of your life doing what you want to do. I can not say enough about Tom Morgan and his legal secretary, Dawn, during my disability case. They were both super helpful answering any questions I had for them and were prompt returning phone calls and emails. Tom took the time to get to know myself and my situation to better help my case and it paid off. They were there for me every step of the way after another law firm denied taking on my case and they did not disappoint!

I can't thank Tom Morgan and his wonderful secretary ....I was badly badly injured in a auto accident..I was hurt badly having 15 surgeries months in hospital final result left in a wheel chair...Life changing moment...I was told to apply for benefits of course even with all my medical records denied denied...I couldn't get assistance at welfare telling me that I had to work...I was so so frustrated and was just about to give up and a friend told me and gave me Tom Morgans phone number....Calling Tom was life changer for me...A very caring and spiritual man of faith that was what I needed....He actually truly cares ...Not just another lawyer looking to get a buck. They worked very hard on my case...We won !!!! Took me 3 years for the whole process but we won..Don't think 3 years oh my god...You have to realize this was all due to covid ...That made such a mess and took so long to get my case resolved. Tom is very professional yet down to earth. Tom did an outstanding job helping me get SSI after an accident at work. He was very knowledgeable and organized. His court briefing was great. Poor customer service. I called today, spoke with whom I'm guessing was the secretary, trying to get some help and she was rude and very unhelpful. Sorry to assume, that people should be kind when answering questions.
