Tom Morgan is one of the best people I’ve ever met. He is compassionate but tough when needed. Tom helped me navigate a very tough time after I was injured at work. I had no idea what to do, and Tom was the light in a dark place. He truly cares about his clients, and will get the compensation that you deserve. I highly recommend Tom Morgan.

Tom worked on my disability case for 4 years, it was an awful fight, but we fought it together. Seems like the judges we had wanted to fight us the entire way, but justice prevailed and we finally won, I thank him from the bottom of my heart, and would send any of my friends and family to him if they were in need of his services, He is a very loving and caring Attorney

My case has been extremely difficult, my employer fought me every step of the way. i was referred by a friend to contact Morgan and Justice for my BWC claim. Thomas Morgan was very knowledgeable, presented my case well, they showed me curtiosy and respect every time i called the office with questions! they were very pleasant and professional. my employer stopped my pay and Morgan fought and won it back for me in a timely manor. Thomas Morgan was very encouraging,and helpful at my time of need
Mr. Morgan had the gentleman representing the labor department review and actually lower those return to work points. Once he received my medical records he was puzzled as to way I was denied in the first place.
