Little to no communication throughout the entire process. Peter said the settlement check would be in hand "next week", over a year ago. He has not returned any phone calls since. Court documents even specify difficulty getting a response from this lawyer before deadlines and putting the case at risk for being dropped. Even after leaving phone messages with his office secretary and emails I would steer clear of Kevin Kurgis' office all together.
