SCAMMERS. They find court cases, then try to collect a debt that wasn't even initiated from the County Clerk of Courts. THEY ARE HACKS, DO NOT PAY THEM. File a complaint with the Ohio BBB ASAP!!!!! SHUT THEM DOWN

Absolutely horrible experience with them, and believe they are a scam. I made several attempts to pay off my student debt, and Rick, who was over my case, was rude every single time. He said the payments were flexible but refused to accept any payments if they were not a certain amount. Also, when I did send payments I was never given a "receipt" of what I still owe, and Im not even sure if the payments went towards my actual bill.
