Brian did a terrific job! He representing me in an OVI case. I was from out of town and he helped me so that I did not have to appear in person until the final hearing. He plea bargain down my case to charges that I was very happy with. He explained everything in detail and was very thorough.

I originally contacted an agency that I could’ve received free legal representation through; they told me I can’t do anything and must plead guilty and hope the judge has mercy. I then got referred to Bryan’s firm - Bryan was extremely communicative and answered his phones at all times of the day, was very honest with me regarding potential outcomes, and even communicated with my attorney for another case as needed without me having to ask. He was able to get my OVI/OVI high test/Reckless Op/Underage Alcohol Use plead down to just the standard OVI. Fantastic. Bryan is well known throughout Franklin County and carries himself very well. 10/10!

Bryan Hawkins got my OVI to physical control. I barely had to do anything. He was there every step and answered all my questions. Even after the case was closed he still responded to my emails on any other questions I had. He is reliable, easy to talk to and very communicative. I highly recommend him if you get an OVI.

Brian did awesome job , my daughter suffered a head injury in a accident and the cops believed she was under the influence of drugs ! Which was far from the truth , Police charged her with OVI and Failure to control actually charged her twice for it in different jurisdictions! He was able to get case dropped to what she should of been charged with in the beginning! We were very happy with the outcome of a bad situation! He was passionate how he handled the case and was persistent with the courts ! Kept me informed with all the information and court dates ! Obviously took almost a year to get it all settled mostly because of the pandemic and court scheduling ! Good sharp young man ! Highly recommended him !

Bryan was great to work with. I was from out of town when the occurrence happened. I had very little notice to get documents submitted to the court and Bryan's team was able to make this happen within minutes !! In the following weeks Bryan communicated very effectively and timely, which was critical for me being in this situation for the first time and from out of town. Bryan took my wishes into consideration and did his best to accommodate, he even brought in another attorney who was more familiar with the local court system where the case was held. Unfortunately the outcome wasn't 100% to what was agreed to by the prosecutor, but this was based on the judge and was not a reflection of Bryan or the other attorney (Mike S.). Everyone was shocked at the judges reaction, Bryan agreed to help with additional measures at no cost which I am grateful for. Although I won't be needing Bryans services in the future; I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Mr. Hawkins is by far the best attorney I have ever worked with. I had to do very little but was kept informed throughout the process. The outcome of my case was far better than what I expected and I am able to use my CDL again. I cannot say enough about how pleased and impressed I am with the job he did.

Bryan was very knowledgeable and kept me informed on what was going on and advised me to do the DIP. He got my first OVI dropped to physical control and my other charges dropped.
