Mr. Pettys played a vital role in making me and my fiances dreams a reality. This guy is HORRIBLE. I had him as a public defender and let me tell you, this "guy" is HORRIBLE. He didn't even go over my discovery. Told me I had NO chance at self defense. What made me fire him is is rude, arrogant attitude. He told me to tell him my side of the story and as I was telling him he interrupted me and told me " one more time you interrupt me we will have to reschedule this phone call ". I went and hired a REAL lawyer. Kick ricks Johnson.

I have Dave currently representing me in a family law case and he just completed a criminal defense case for me. He literally saved my life. I have several prior felonies and was looking at 8-12 years maxed out on this most recent. He was not only able to get my f2 down to an f3 with no jail or prison time mandated, but he was also able to get me sent to a treatment facility that has helped me get my life back in order. Dave cares so much that he wants me to check in with him every week for my duration in treatment to keep him updated on my progress. Dave always answers the phone when I call and has strong relationships within the system. He is currently helping me get my daughter out of CPS custody. I had talked to Jeff before the trip and he gave me sound advise on what to bring back from the trip even before I hired him. He took care of our K1 and K2 visa application, I t was a long process due to the back up still from Covid-19. His timeline was accurate from day one on how long the process would be. He was always patient with our questions and concerns. During the long process Jeff made sure that we were feeling as confident as he was. Any concerns or questions along the way Jeff always returned our calls. We finally got our Approval on December 19th 2023 and she will arrive on Jan 25th 2024. I will contact Jeff once we are married to assist in the permanent residency process. I would recommend Jeff Pettys to handle your case as well.

I went through numerous attorneys before (thankfully) coming across Jeffrey Charles Pettys. I obtained Jeff's assistance for a Marriage Visa, dealing with the continent of Africa (introducing rather unique obstacles).
