RUN AWAY. He does not return phone calls. Files motion for discovery, without making an inital contact with his client. So, David Johnson doesn't even know what to ask the prosecutor for. I worked at Ohio States Law School. In my honest opinion this guy's a joke. You deserve better.

Words cannot explain how greatful I am for this law firm. Mr. Pettys went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I throughout the K1 visa process. My situation was complicated, the reason why I needed a lawyer. Mr David Johnson is a great criminal defense attorney. At first, we were skeptical since he was court appointed, so we knew nothing about him. Once meeting at my nephew's pretrial/trial for a felony assault charge, it was apparent how professional, knowledgeable, and competent he is in regards to legal law issues. We are convinced that without Mr Johnson's expertise, our nephew's trial would NOT have ended with him being justly acquitted and the case dismissed. We strongly recommend using Mr Johnson for your own or a loved one's legal needs.

I’m so glad we chose Jeff as our Attorney for our marriage based green card. We had a zoom call where he explained everything, and he was always quick to answer an email question. Our case was approved in 4.5 months from submitting, and he helped us file new documents when they requested more evidence from us. I was stressed from the moment I looked at all the forms but he took care of everything and we’re so grateful I got approved for a green card. Thanks Jeff!

My husband and I used Jeff's service to get through the K1 visa process. He was very reliable and helpful. He responded to us in time always when we contacted him. He even scheduled a zoom to prepare me for the visa interview a few days to the interview. He made the process very easy and smooth for us and we were able to get our K1 visa in good time without delays. He is friendly and easy to work with.
