With spinal pain and nerve pain from two failed surgeries, I suffer everyday. It is extremely difficult to do things in everyday life. I will not ever be the same person I was back before my two failed spinal surgeries. The other issues you have with Chronic pain is knowing what is wrong with you and why and that I will not ever be the same….… trust me when I say, Pain goes way deeper and includes more than just physical pain but mental, emotional and other things that most people cannot imagine. Millions like myself suffer everyday. With that said, I also have severe anxiety and depression and it never helped when family, former associates, and even a section of the United States government known as Social Security Administration doesn’t believe you and even worse they don’t even care. Over the years dealing with Chronic pain, Chronic nerve pain, severe anxiety and depression, and the Social Security Administration, many times I have thought of suicide. Social Security harassed me over the years, has had me followed, video taped and they have hired individuals including law enforcement to track me down and try to prove that I was a fraud. The law enforcement agents as in the Sheriffs Department within the state of Ohio followed me in Krogers food store, followed me in their vehicle on several occasions and even came to my door and tried to prove I was a liar and a fraud. After that ordeal was done, I got myself a lawyer because I could no longer fight social security on my own. That’s when I met with Carol Herdman. She was understanding, she believed in me and has core values I know to be true. I am Veteran of the United States Army, so I know very well of core values. She helped me through every step of the way including the day we saw the judge. Not only did we get the win but also an apology from the judge on how I was treated by social security and sheriffs department. I do not know if I can ever trust people again in general, not to mention always having to watch my back but at least I can trust Carol Herdman. A day I will not ever forget, a fantastic lawyer who is a wonderful human being, a professional, very respectful, and someone that stood by my side when I needed it most. It does show that you can trust some people in this world and again I will tell you it’s Carol Herdman…..she is one of those people. Thank You Carol, I will always appreciate your help.
