Chad and his assistant Deb took their time with me and kept me up to date on their progress. Their hard work and 700 + pages on my medical and work history so impressed the judge. He ruled in favor of my SSI/SSDI without a hearing. Since I have a social anxiety this was a true blessing. I can never thank Chad enough for his kindness. Now I can focus on getting better.

Chad was so understanding & well educated with Autism and special needs for children, which helped my son & I to feel confident with Chad representing him/us going thru the SSD system & hearing. Chad was equally well educated, thorough, professional through the review of all my son's paperwork from preschool to present day 19 years later. I would definitely recommend Chad Christopher Delesk as well as Paulette Balin whom we also had the pleasure to meet & consult with. I was hesitant to hire an attorney to obtain disability because I didn't know how to choose one. I wasn't getting anywhere on my own so took the plunge, did a Google search for a disability attorney, and contacted Atty Delesk's office. The process was long (2 years) but Atty Delesk and his support staff were thorough. As a psychologist, I've spent a lot of my career doing clinical interviews, requesting records, compiling information, and writing reports. I can affirm that Atty Delesk is exceedingly competent in these areas. He also has a fair amount of medical knowledge, which is helpful in his area of law. We hire attorneys to advocate for us and get the job done. However, an added bonus, and much needed in my case, was Atty Delesk's professionalism and kindness. chad missed the boat on my case, he didnt catch a wrong date on paperwork this will cost me 2 more years to get my ssd approved I am now getting a new "competnent lawyer
