Amazing service. Took care of me like family..

Jordan Knab started out working on my case. From the start it was not a good experience. He filed paperwork from the court under with the wrong name and nobody at the firm caught the mistake..... I did! His lack of experience showed when he quickly ate up my $3,000 retainer. After the initial appearance at the courthouse it was clear to me that he had little to no experience with the lack of information he had about my case and how he represented me in the courtroom. After that hearing I had emailed my concerns to Corinne and she had agreed to take over my case. She also agreed to credit some of the retainer back from when Jordan was assigned to my case which I was thankful for until I only received $297.50 of the initial $3,000 retainer. Now my case was not complete and the firm sent me an email hours before our next court hearing stating that unless I paid another $2,500 retainer they would not be there to represent me. I brought a check to the courthouse for the amount they requested to retain their services to finish the case. At the final hearing date I was guided by my counsel to accept a support number that was below the calculated amount because the magistrate assigned to our case is known for being unpredictable. I took the guidance of my counsel and we settled the case. A month later I had seen that there was a credit on child support and went back to review the order.... The date of the reduced child support was back dated from June 2018 and my counsel never caught it! I emailed Corinne about this and I never recieved a response. They closed out my case and although I did get a refund of $1,378.30 after all their fees I did end up paying them a total of $4,121.70 to have less time with my child and then the opposing side got a $2,000 credit on support. My experience at this firm cost me $6,121.70 right off the bat and another $4,830 in lost support over the next 3-1/2 years totally nearly $11,000. I went into this with GAL recommendations of my son staying with me and an schedule to back that and came out with a 50/50 shared parenting schedule. All around disappointed with the outcome and experience of this law firm.

Went in to talk with Mr. Kacyon about helping us with our father stuff. He answer all our questions plus some and he gave us advise in the way we would understand. He was very helpful nice and kind I would recommend him to all

Had an hour long free consultation. Kacyon was professional, candid and knowledgeable. Idk what he'd be like in court but he was fantastic w/ explaining divorce/dissolution and Ohio law.
