Jason took the time to meet with my Grandmother personally and listen to her story. We didn't get the same treatment, on the phone or in person, with the other large N.E. Ohio firms. He and his team did a great job of communicating throughout the process, including what to expect. In the end my Grandmother was happy with the settlement that Jason was able to negotiate on her behalf. I would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again.
