They kept my husband up to date on the status of his case. They asked questions to ensure his case was handled correctly. Everyone was very pleasant and professional.

They took my disability case, said they could help. Well that was months ago. Said they would write an appeal in my behalf. But quite frankly they have done nothing which includes returning any calls or giving me answers. Not even common curiosity to say they can not do anything or what not. Called 4 different people in disability department no call back. I sent a message via website and thought I was a new case then they called back left voicemail. So I return call left message cause no one ever answers, but explained you already have my case and arnt doing anything. Shocker no return call yet again, and bet I will never hear from them. Beware they are a joke and just want to waste your time. Not sure why they would take my case if they never planned on contacting me ever again.

This may be the largest and most advertised law firm in Southwest Ohio. The blatant political affiliation - Democrat, as demonstrated by the pictures hanging in the lobby of the main office in Dayton - clouds the firm's ability to discretely represent all potential and accepted clients who darken their door equally. The customer service by the paralegal staff is outstanding from the front desk to the support personnel. The professional staff was curt, abrasive and unwilling to explain the law. The arrogance of the practicing attorney demonstrated during the visit left me feeling like an outsider to the law rather than part of it. It is a shame the practice has disintegrated to this low level of partisan, vitriolic practice after the retirement of Mr. Carmine Garafalo.
