Out for the quick buck that could care less whether you're hurt or not

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz. Based on the referral of a friend, my husband and I sought them out, and it turned out to be one of the best alliances I've ever experienced. Everyone that I had contact with in this group, from the receptionist to the support staff to the lawyers, was friendly, kind, professional and efficient. They took care of my every concern, and their attention to detail precluded any worry I might have had. As a result of my experience, I have (and will continue to) confidently refer others to Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz.

I was hit by a car hauler on October 4, 2023. After the accident, I reached out to only one attorney's office, I called Brian Haren @ DGMS. I never felt that I needed to "shop" around for another attorney, I knew I was in good hands from the start. Brian clearly directed me through the process, and was very up front and honest about what I should expect from my settlement, Brian's assistant Amy Kendrick did an amazing job keeping me informed as my case progressed. If she wasn't available to take my calls, they were returned promptly. Both her and Brian were personable, as well as professional during the time I worked with them. What I was expecting to receive from my settlement,. and what I received weren't even close! My settlement was more than double the expected amount! I can't thank Brian and Amy enough for their hard work! In today's world, it's hard to find people you trust. DGMS is a firm that doesn't use trust as a gimmick, they value it in their work! Brian and Amy, I can't thank you enough for everything you did for me, and my family! Thank you!

They were there when I needed help the most they kept me informed and didn't charge an outrageous fee. I was important every step of the way and I was kept well informed if I had any questions I could just ask. Overall great experience and if I have further need I will be returning!

I have to say Benjamin Felton and his paralegal Alyssa, were life changers! Not only did they care about evas a client, they truly cared about me as a person!
