It's been several months since they took my accident case. I'm stressed and If I want updates I have to call my paralegal...since they never call to update me. Now I'm stressed over the persistent hospital phone calls wanting paid.

Pretty good lawfirm , except they don't keep you updated , you have to call yourself to find out how things are going. They should keep their clients updated and work harder for you.

Attorney Chris Smith told me he would get with me after the 4th of July and didn't contact me until the end of August saying that that was the after the 4th of July. Further, mr. Smith refuses to file any paperwork timely oh, and most of all has allowed personal injury to occur to my son while in the custody of Montgomery county children services. These injuries are to the extent of bite marks in the middle of my son's back black eye and several bleeding contusions to the top of his head. mr. Smith is a terrible lawyer and a liar who cares nothing about his clients or the kids of his clients. Who could sit around and let a three-year-old be abused with bite marks on their back and contusions to their head and not do anything about it well mr. Smith
