Answer all of the questions that we had about the case

Very disappointed in this law firm. I had called them with a very good case of malpractice and they sent me a letter stating that they did not handle malpractice suits due to the cost. Now I see that Mann is advertising for them. I just now tried to do a Chat session and was knocked off before I could finish the details. I would not recommend them.

They got me a REALLY nice settlement. I loved working with them. It was easy.

We've all seen the ENDLESS commercials about this "HOMETOWN LAW FIRM" and Doug Mann holding up all those "Letters from out of town firms," right? Well, I contacted this "HOMETOWN LAW FIRM" for my case against Monsanto (RoundUp) because, well, after all, THEY'RE A "HOMETOWN LAW FIRM," right? The very first thing they did was ship my case to another firm in Pensacola, Florida (Certainly not MY "HOMETOWN"), and that firm promptly shipped me to ANOTHER law firm in one of four states (NOT ONE OF WHICH WAS OHIO). I was undergoing chemotherapy at the time and was not aware of the final "HOMETOWN LAW FIRM" and thinking they were one of those "AMBULANCE CHASERS" that DGM&S talk about on their commercial, politely told them I had hired a "HOMETOWN LAW FIRM" so they cancelled the case - per my request! I found out today (January 7, 2019) that THAT WAS MY CASE AND IT HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED SINCE MAY 2018 BECAUSE I CANCELLED IT!! GREAT job from a "HOMETOWN LAW FIRM!" And now, I get to start from scratch because of this "HOMETOWN LAW FIRM." Seems like - at best - false advertising, at worst - bait and switch - to me. Either way, I intend to find out. But I recommend you don't do what I did and trust them.

This law firm totally failed to do anything for my sister and me. We had an open and shut case of total negligence against a really well known business for carbon monoxide poisoning and Dyer Garofalo Mann and Shultz law firm claimed it was a nuisance claim to quote them. It was very serious, my sister's cat died because of the neglect of this business and I went to the ER three times due to the carbon monoxide poisoning and my sister also went to the ER that same day. It also ruined our Christmas dinner, which was cooking in the oven at the time the carbon monoxide detector went off. I will never refer anyone, friend or enemy to this law firm, ever!!!!!!!!

I would not give them a star, this place is a joke. Put i have to put one star to post. I would not recommend this attorney for nothing.
