Professional and compassionate to the core.

For anyone reading the reviews on Nick Gounaris and the inability to reach him.... For starters, he and his partner Anthony Abboud are literally AMAZING attorneys and have both been in the criminal defense side of law for quite some time, in addition, my attorney now Nick Gounaris is quite frankly the best attorney in Dayton, Ohio. Hands down. He actually was not even the attorney I researched and hired. I researched Jeremiah Denslow and hired him. The best thing that ever happened to me, in regards to my well being, was Jeremiah Denslow leaving the firm. The circumstances surrounding his departure are unclear and really I don't care because Nick Gounaris knew the facts of my case better than Jeremiah ever did. Period. Although it may be difficult at times to reach Nick, you can be rest assured he is working diligently to obtain the best possible outcome for you. I was facing 25 years over multiple charges that were absolutely unjust. He was able to get the charges reduced to a TRESPASS with probation. In Greene County this is simply unheard of. Anyone who has any common sense will realize that when a partner leaves a firm, that caseload is then put on the back of someone else that already has their own cases, Nick took over for Jeremiah seamlessly. The managing of my case was flawless and I will continue to recommend Gounaris Abboud, LPA to anyone who thinks there is nowhere else to turn. I also wanted to add a few more things that are very important for you fellow GOOGLERS. When you hire this firm, you not only have one attorney fighting for you. Anthony Abboud is also an outstanding attorney, if you would like to know their credentials simply call and ask! The staff is just as knowledgeable as the attorneys themselves. We are all on first name basis and that shows me they care about me and my future! I have had Rion&Rion, Patrick Mulligan and Mark Babb. These are all "Super Lawyers", not one of them handled my case at the time nearly as professionally as Gounaris Abboud. THIS IS THE MOST VALUABLE PIECE OF INFORMATION I CAN GIVE YOU> I asked Nick to take over my 90 year old grandfathers' will because it was not a legal document. I took it last year to one of the attorneys office mentioned above. $1000.00 for a will to be legalized and signed. My grandfather obviously is on a very fixed income, Nick Gounaris literally WOULD NOT accept a dollar for drawing up that will. The will also had to be completely re-written and changed due to legality issues. This man set up a free meeting just to make the adjustments and arranged it so my grandfather would not even have to make another trip back. When you look into a company, you want to look for someone that will go "ABOVE AND BEYOND", if this does not fit that direct description I really don't know what does. If you personally care about your future, give this law firm a call! They really work for you. The most important thing to me is that you WILL NOT have random attorneys showing up for court dates that you've never met. Obviously there are not enough great things I can say about Nick, he quite frankly ROCKS!!

ABSOLUTLEY DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM, was a haslle even trying to get ahold of my attorney NICK. and would leave message after message regarding my case, felt really unimportant in the time where i was needing to be defended.

LPA on the internet of recommended lawyers for custody cases. We would highly recommend this law firm and especially Mr. Abboud. Tony Abboud was highly professional, detailed, and consistently available to us.

This Dayton law firm provides excellent legal service. I worked with Jeremiah Denslow on a DUI case that was pending in Dayton Municipal Court. The case lasted over two years but we eventually got the result that Jeremiah told me he could get. No DUI conviction on my record and no jail time. He even managed to get me out of the standard weekend alcohol program. If anyone is charged with a DUI in Montgomery County, I strongly endorse Jeremiah Denslow and the law firm of Gounaris Denslow Abboud.

Jeremiah Denslow represented me in a divorce case and a DUI case in the past year. He did outstanding work on both cases and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Due to the economy my husband went to Ohio to work. The crew took turns driving even though they did not know the other workers so that they could save gas money and take tuns sleeping on long trip to and from work. This was our 1st mistake having strangers in your car per the law the driver is responsible for every one in car. During work my husband was 4 stories up working and a stranger sat in passenger rear seat and a mall guard across the street trying to make a name for himself walked over to work site and asked the man to empty his bag and he had a joint in his bag and the mall guard asked if it was his bag and of course he said no. At this point the guard told my husband to come down off job site 4 stories up and said since he was driver of car he was being arrested for felony drugs and the other passengers went free. My husband has never been in jail and to make to harder he was 6 hours from home. We called Tony Abbound and he immediately knew the area, people, and their politics. Attorney Tony meet with us 1 time and trusted in us and went to court 2 times and all charges where dismissed. This saved us his job, many hours of traveling to Ohio and all in a very timely manner. Tony was great in many ways like he would always talk to us at any time of the day or night. Tony was always available and spoke to us himself. This was very impressive that Tony would speak to us in the evening for as long as we needed and answered all questions we had and made us feel calm and assured that all would be taken care of by himself personally and we did not have to travel to Ohio for every court date. I can not express enough the relief of proving my husband not quilty in a very timely manner and clearing his name from a felony and jail time that could have happened if we did not have such a great attorney. We have Tony Abbound phone # in our cell phones and he would be the first person to call in Ohio if we ever needed anything. Tony made us feel like good hard working people that we truly are and not like a criminals. Please if your job, family, and life depends on the help of an attorney call Tony Abbound!!!!!!!!

Gounaris, Denslow and Abboud were recommended to me after I got into some legal trouble in the spring. From the beginning they have been fantastic in helping get through a very difficult time. I thought going to juvenile court would be the scariest time of my life- and it was, but having Mr. Denslow there stopped me from having what would have been a sure fire anxiety attack.
