February 26, 2024 To Whom It May Concern: I am a recent client of Attorney Frank A. Malocu. With this letter of endorsement, I was to commend Attorney Malocu for his outstanding legal advice, continued kind support and timely communications during my recent legal entanglement. As the judge remarked to me, “You are a little old lady” caught up in this a strange case of misrepresentation. It should be pointed out, that I am not accustomed, in any way, to the processes of the legal system. When this charge, court filing and possible jail time came my way, I must admit I was scared. Yes, I was a “nervous Nelly” not knowing what to do to defend myself. Attorney Malocu was able to keep me calm and updated me every step of the way during this daunting ordeal. Even a member of his support staff, Para-Legal Nicole Bush, was very professional. She was very kind by sending timely informational documents and supportive through memos and emails (related to my case). As a result of the hard work of his office, the final outcome and judgement, in my case, were very favorable; no jail time, a minimal fine, a reduced probationary period, and a possible expungement after one year.
