I recently served as a juror for a three week medical malpractice trial. Mr. Dwight Brannon represented the plaintiff. His rambling and long winded presentation/questioning style frustrated and confused everyone involved and, in my opinion, needlessly prolonged the trail. Whereas the defense attorneys were organized in their questions and exhibits, Mr. Brannon seemed to ask questions in a meandering stream-of-consciousness style. He would go off on tangents and regularly re-ask questions multiple times. He just could not connect the dots in a logical manner that the jurors could follow. Moreover, while attacking defense witnesses, he on occasion failed to realize that points had been yielded that supported his case. His approach was simply to argue, attack and try to discredit defense witnesses, regardless of what was said. After the defense and plaintiffs rested and deliberations began, I was selected as the jury Foreman. Sadly, I was also the only juror who was able to see through the clutter and noise and vote in favor of the plaintiff. Despite my attempts to untangle the mess, all other jurors voted in favor of the defendant. I have no doubt that Mr. Brannon's poor performance in the courtroom was a major factor that cost his clients their case.

Had a great experience here, called Mister Kane and we discussed my OVI case. I thought I was in big trouble and didn't want to lose my license. Mister Kane was able to handle everything and it went very smoothly! Will definitely call him again.
