While he understands how magistrates and prosecutors think, he is also very well respected in court rooms all over the Miami Valley. I've dealt with numerous attorneys over the years for minor traffic violations, divorce and custody matters and not one holds a handle to Frank. Shockingly, he's very reasonably priced as well.
