Attorney West answered all my questions, was very helpful and informative. He and his staff were great, any questions that I had through the process were answered quickly and everyone was friendly and easy to work with.

I have made several poor choices over the course of my life, but choosing the Richard West Law Office to handle my Bankruptcy was one of the wisest. How and Why this Registered Nurse managed to get himself into such a financial quagmire is a convoluted story that has little relevance to this review. What is important is that when I hit rock bottom and was finally ready to climb out, I knew I could not get back on my feet with ~$35,000 of credit card debt, unpaid bills, taxes owed on my foreclosed home and collection agencies breathing down my neck. When I first consulted (at no cost to me) with attorney West almost 2 years ago, we developed a plan and decided bankruptcy was not an option. My circumstances changed over time for the worse and I returned this last April. In every visit I was treated by Mr West and his staff with the utmost respect and educated but not judged for my poor financial choices. I think what initially inspired me to choose West Law Office was the focus on how to reestablish my credit after the Bankruptcy. As I understand it, almost any attorney can file and manage a straight forward Bankruptcy case but only a few help their clients to learn to responsibly manage their credit after the fact. Thanks to the great support and handling of my case by the very knowledgeable staff member assigned to help me through the process, the filing and hearing went very smoothly. I just started a new job and have the tools & knowledge I need to make me a responsible credit user. I have the opportunity to start all over fresh and could not be at this point, had it not been for Richard West and his staff. Thanks Rick!

We felt we had a unique situation and Mr. West's entire process was very reassuring and helped us navigate the many steps involved in filing a case. Any questions I had were resolved very quickly and with complete understanding.

Mr. West repeatedly lied to us throughout and after our chapter 13 bankruptcy. He cost my mother-in-law who had co-signed on a loan for us to have to pay Ford Motor Co. $10,000. He stated we could keep our house which we lost in year 3 of our chap 13 case. He is nothing but a crook. Don't go near him or his firm.

Attorney West and his staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were able to make me feel very comfortable while dealing with an embarrassing and difficult situation. The professionalism of the entire staff made the process very streamlined. The biggest difference is Attorney West's program not only gets you through the bankruptcy but also helps you rebuild your financial situation afterwards. I have known Mr. West for several years and he is very understanding - he is helpful and I did not feel embarrassed when speaking with him. He is very supportive and I felt that a burden has been lifted from me. Rick and his staff are very friendly and easy to work with.

I had been out of work and unable to pay my bills. It was embarrassing and very humiliating. I received a letter from Mr. West, I called him and he was very caring and helpful along with his staff. He walked me through the process of all I had to deal with. He talked to me as a person and never down to me. He never once made me feel bad about my situation. He made me feel more secure about being able to answer my phone with no worries. He stopped the harassing phone calls. He was available for me to talk to with any worries or concerns I had. He was there through the whole process along with his wonderful staff. Even today I can call with any concerns and they are there to take my calls and answer any questions I have . Never once did I feel bad about my situation. They actually helped me see ways to never go back into debt again. I can honestly say I will never need to go through this again because of Mr. West and his staff, but if I did mess up he would be the first person I would call. I can now keep my head up and know I have learned a lot through meeting him and his staff. The whole company is wonderful. I pray that people do not have to ever go through this, but Mr. West would be the one to call for help. Thank You Mr. West and your wonderful caring staff for making my life better. I can never thank you enough or put in proper words what it means to me.

Going through financial difficulties can be an emotionally challenging experience, needless to say, and something we wished we could have avoided. We didn't even know that there were other options besides bankruptcy until we met with Richard West. He listened to our unique situation and advised us wisely. He and his team, with their professionalism, knowledge, and thoughtfulness, made it so much easier for us. I liked the way Rick made me feel at ease. He was caring and concerned about my financial needs.

They were well organized and would respond promptly whenever we called with a question. The people in the office were friendly and supportive.

WIe used Rick's office and feel that he did an excellent job, we are very satisfied, and highly recommend him. We hope we never need him again but if we did, we would go to him first. they releived a lot of stress on us. And, we could not get a credit card forever and now we are approved for a card. His system really works!
