Upon a scheduled review of my SSDI, I received a cessation letter terminating my benefits. The review Social security performed was grossly inaccurate, as my medical conditions had not improved as they claimed. I hired Horenstein, Nicholson, and Blumenthal to represent me in the appeals process. More specifically, attorney Robert Parker from the firm was assigned to my case. Mr Parker’s team quickly gathered the necessary information and began work on my case. When it came time for the review hearing, Mr Parker was brilliant, and presented an overwhelming amount of evidence contradicting the original decision to terminate my benefits. His presentation was categorically undeniable that my conditions had not improved, but had actually worsened. Thus, the cessation was overturned, and my benefits have been reinstated. Mr Parker and his team were very professional, kind, courteous, and extremely prompt in returning calls and dealing with any questions I had throughout the process. If I could give Mr Parker 10 stars on this review, I would. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Horenstein, Nicholson, and Blumenthal (and specifically Mr Robert Parker) to anyone who may need legal assistance pertaining to disability.

I sent a email requesting a consultation with a attorney about sexual discrimination in my workplace. Without even asking me what happened, they advised they aren't handling those kinds of cases even though it is on their website. According to the reviews they only handle disability. If you have anything else going on, my opinion would be to go somewhere else.
