100% I would recommend this law office if you are working on disability. They stuck by my side for almost 5 years (thanks covid) and won my case. I was assigned to Rake but actually only ever spoke to him 1 time during the entirety of my case. Emily Zainey is the attorney that I worked with and should be given the credit. Without her I would not have been able to get through this. Their legal assistant Kristen Smith is a very caring and compassionate person, I will not forget her kindess during covid when I was struggling most.

I was seeking for advice from Tod Mollaun upon the recommendations of my colleague. Tod was supper friendly and knowledgeable. I particularly appreciated his honesty. Following his recommendation, I did not pursuit further hiring their services, because the cost and likelihood of winning the case. I definitely will use this firm in future if I have a more serious case which I hope I never do, lol.
