My husband was hurt on the job after being sent to rehab and it not working we went and talked to HNB. We felt as if they put his file on the bottom of the pile. The only contact we had with them was when we called to get updates. They took the case to appeals court and Mr. Somers showed up twice without my husband's file and made excuses, lie he was extremely busy. They charged us for records we had already supplied to them and the mail correspondence came a week after the state had sent us the same document. My advice find another firm to represent you! 😡

I am so glad I decided to have HN&B help me with my SSA disability claim! 1)They made everything very easy to understand. 2) Were always honest with me about my case. 3) Always prompt to return phone calls and answer questions I had, no matter how trivial they may have been. 4) Attorney Walter knew the right questions to ask me in front of the judge to demonstrate the disruptions in everyday life, and quality of life, due to my complicated disabilities. Not something I could have expressed to a judge on my own.
