Attorney West gave me very good and wise counsel during a difficult time after the loss of my husband. He was very honest with me and talked with me about any questions I had and did not make me feel rushed or burdened with anything! He also got me in the very next day after I called his office! I loved the fact I could do a FaceTime call with him when I felt I was unable to go out of the house at the time.

Mr. West is amazing. Very down to earth but tells you how it is. I have used him in the past with great service and recently had to call and talk to him about current issues. He listened, told me I was going to be okay, and what to do. I can call him and he is willing to chat about matters at hand. You don't find many attorneys with his expertise and willing to chat in depth without feeling like you owe them or feeling rushed. Highly recommend! I consulted with Clay at the beginning and he let me know all the ins and outs and what I should file on the first phone call. They email you in detail everything you need to do beginning to end, step by step. Rick also has YouTube videos to answer questions and guide you through and a help desk that you can use anytime you have a question and they get back with you in minutes with an answer!
