Amazing people! They are absolutely wonderful. They have made a nightmare of a process simpler and easier to understand. They are always there to answer questions. Ran into hard time. Wasn't sure what to do. Called Richard West law office. Spent most of my time with Clay Woods (rating:110 percent AWESOME) Peggy (not to be forgotten in the backdrop: very pleasant and professional) for our short term conversation,and Richard (Exceptional human being and clearly professional barrister, if I may). I had a free consult with Mr. West. He was very down to earth and spent about 30 minutes getting to know my situation and what my priorities were. Once he understood my situation and my goals for my situation, he told me that he would not recommend a bankruptcy, unless one of a few specific things happened, which could put me into a situation which would require the protection bankruptcy would afford me. He made a few suggestions of better ways to manage my current situation to prevent the need for bankruptcy in the future. I can definitely say that Mr. West did not try to sell me a bankruptcy or other legal remedies that were unnecessary. He talked me out of some of the legal options I came into the conversation believing I might need. In my experience Mr. West really tired to understand who I am, what my situation is, and what whether or not he would be able to offer me any legal remedies to improve my situation. When he did not believe I needed his services, he did not try to sell them to me or get me to buy something I don’t need. If I do need a bankruptcy or other legal work in the future, I will definitely call Mr. West.

Rick and his team where phenomenal throughout our entire filing process. My wife and I have made some poor financial decisions in our life and it was time we turned things around. The entire process felt organized with tons of communication back and forth. Rick was extremely transparent throughout. We can't recommend Rick and his team enough!
