The Fitch Law Firm DEFINITELY should have been our first call. Mr. Fitch and his staff are absolutely amazing. My husband was in an auto accident approximately 2.5 years ago with the other driver being at fault. My husband was left with a traumatic brain injury as a result. We were basically given the runaround by the first accident attorney we retained because of the complexities that come with a traumatic brain injury vs physical injury (broken bones, permanent physical injury, etc.) and there was no quick easy pay out for them. So we went searching and found The Fitch Law Firm. Mr. Fitch and his team were able to start behind the eight ball and move everything forward. They handled everything, and I mean everything for us regarding the accident and all of the minutiae that went with it. After a 2.5 year battle Mr. Fitch was able to settle our case with the best outcome possible for us. All of the staff handled us and our case with care and compassion. It is clear they are caring professionals that will do everything they can for you.

Adam and staff have been there for me since 2016. They have helped me navigate multiple issues in my life. I love that it’s a small office with the most caring people. Adam has always been one step ahead of needs I had no idea I would need to get through. I had no idea what my needs would be in 2016 but Adam spent the time to get to know us and was able to help us come up with a plan hat totally met our needs. In 2023 my life partner died and they were there helping me once again navigate the multiple systems. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. They are honest and caring and provide a level of comfort that is needed. I would give them a five star in everything they do and I’m not always easy to impress.

Fesenmyer was very helpful and respectful during my bankruptcy. When you go through bankruptcy Fesenmyer is the best. He addressed all my questions throughout the bankruptcy within a couple hours. Richard West and his legal team far exceeded our expectations. The process to get documents to and from can all be done on your phone, no office visits necessary. Rick walks you through step by step. He has made the whole process very easy to follow. My only regret is not calling Rick sooner. Rick and Team thank you for all your hardwork.
