I am 26 and have avoided going the bankruptcy route for a few years now even though I had lost my job and knew all of my credit cards were not being paid…I thought I could figure it out years down the line and never thought about it again and threw away any bills that came my way… until I started receiving letters in the mail saying I was being sued for not handling the debt I built up. For obvious reasons no one ever wants to file for bankruptcy! But, sometimes things happen in life that are out of our control and we have to do things like this. That being said, we would not have wanted to file with any other attorney than Rick West. Rick was there for us every step of the way!
