Excellent service

The law offices of Rick West performed exponentially! Extremely impressed with their professionalism, expediency in response to all questions, the availability of their internet communication system and genuine concern during my difficult time. I met with three Dayton local attorneys prior to meeting with Rick West and Associates. He was the only atturney that assured me that I would keep one particular asset with 100% confidence in my 13 filing! The staff at his firm is outstanding and jumped on every question I could come up with very fast responses. I would submit questions on Sundays and holidays not expecting to receive a response until the following business day but yet I his paralegals would get back with me within hours! I do not think his staff ever slept. With Rick's 30 yrs of experience along with his staff there is probably over a hundred years of qualified Combined experience at his firm. Rick West is confident, professional and compassionate in his desire to help those in financial distress. There is no other choice for bankruptcy attorneys but to choose the law office of Rick West. Please don't make the mistake of worrying about the process. When Rick West tells you not to worry, trust this man! I was not paid, reimbursed, or received a kick back for this review. This is an honest realistic experience. My recommendation is to consult with at least one other Dayton local attorney then set up a consult with Rick West and you will see the difference.

Mr. West and his associates offer not only excellent bankruptcy services, but actual financial education in the process. Rather than just treating you like a number, helping you clear your slate, then sending you back out into the world with no direction on the methods required to avoid another bankruptcy, they offer you courses which teach you step by step, how to rebuild your credit in a short period of time. Most people believe bankruptcy is the worst thing that can happen to them financially, but West Law shows you how that is simply not true. Things can happen to us all, and sometimes you need to start over. Mr. West makes the process easy, and walks you through it so that you have a clear understanding of how it works, and how to benefit fully from your specific situation. Weather to your in need of chapter 7 or chapter 13, they will lay out all the options that will work best for you. In addition it was very affordable, and they will let you pay in installments if you cant afford a lump sum. Once you've paid, West Law will put an end to all those harassing credit calls and annoying bills in the mail. It was a relief for me when people stopped calling me about money. I've made some big financial mistakes, and Mr. West exposed me to a way of thinking that will keep me from making those mistakes again in the future. I would recommend his firm to anyone seeking financial relief as a last option, once of course you have tried everything else possible.
