It has been at least 4 years and I continue to hear the same thing about my case. The resolution people have it and they are trying to get the best possible settlement for my lawsuit. I called almost a year ago and asked if I could speak with the attorney or one of the attorneys supposedly handling my case. My phone call was meant with hostility and even after I left my information, no one ever returned my call. I don't know if they're reading from the same script or not, but when you call they all tell you the same thing, like a prerecorded message. I guess my case will be resolved one day.
