We hired Brock to defend my son for a DUI and the results were absolutely amazing! In the end, he made sure that my son walked away with no DUI on his record! I can say that being charged with a DUI is overwhelming, stressful and confusing because it also has the potential to ruin your life. When we hired Brock it turns out that we hired a Pit bull of a defense attorney! Brock is fearless and his experience, extensive training and certifications in the field sobriety testing make him a formidable opponent in and out of the courtroom! Brock also meticulously broke down all the legalities of my son’s case, carefully explaining it in layman’s terms so that we understood exactly what we were up against. Though he was confident, Brock was never short or rude. It didn’t matter how many times we asked the same question or called him wanting reassurance, Brock was always very understanding and took all of our concerns seriously. Throughout the pendency of my son’s case, no matter how excited or nervous we were he still remained calm and level headed! Couldn't have had a better experience. Brock's willingness to fight on your behalf and his knowledge of how to fight improper and malicious procedures is unprecedented. He was almost excited and angry because I had an officer who did numerous things incorrectly and Brock found them all. I hired Brock to defend me in an OVI case. It was not my first offense, and I was looking at jail time and losing my license for two years. Brock communicated with me every step of the way. He made sure I understood my situation and options. Brock never backed down on the strength of my case. He proved himself to be a real fighter for me. The prosecution continued to offer me better and better deals. Due to work and family, I chose to accept an offer, though Brock was willing to continue fight to get me cleared of the charge. However, Brock was able to get my charges reduced greatly. I served no jail time and only 1 year license suspension. If you are reading this review, and just recently found yourself in the messy situation of being charged with a DUI, then you will be relieved at what I am about to tell you! I found myself in the same situation, completely stressed and worried, because it can change the way you live your daily life if you are found guilty of the charges. Keep in mind that you are not guilty of anything yet, especially once Brock gets his hands on your case! My case was full of evidence that should have caused me to be found guilty of a DUI, but I wasn't. Brock took the case that was against me and tore it apart, making it all seem like what once was a nightmare, was now a somewhat pleasant dream. He is by far the only attorney that I have ever met or know of, that can bring such amazing results, even when you truly believe that there is no way out. I'm not the only one who has had this experience. I recommended a friend after he had a similar experience, and Brock did another outstanding job of tearing apart the charges and evidence that were against him. After my experience, I no longer drink and drive, but if I was ever in a similar circumstance, even in another part of the world, I would pay whatever I had to, just to make sure that Brock was the only lawyer defending me, because he is just that awesome!

Brock, Took a felony case case; I had all the way. We went before a Jury on 8-25-15 and WE WON! That is right I was not guilty and I told him upfront I wanted to show the world. Brock did it! We went to trail. It took 2 days in the court room and 4 hours it took the jury in the back room. In the end not guilty on the case and bail was given back to me. Brock came up with a plan and put in the hours even on the weekend before in his office. We did it! I hope I don't need a CR lawyer again but if I do it will be Brock. Matt Heck's office the Montgomery County Pro looked like fools along with the Kettering Police Dept. After the case was done, all sides talked to the jury and they told us Brock knocked it out of the park and his closing was solid! Ask Brock to see my case it was great he shined!
