I worked with David Brannon to draw up power of attorney documents. He thoroughly explained the process and answered my questions. Everything was done within a couple of days as Mr. Brannon was extremely responsive. In addition, he followed up to ensure everything went smoothly. I plan on retaining him as my personal attorney.

The best attorney in town

I have become very suspicious of this firm holding clients money from class action lawsuits. The last written correspondence I received was almost 2 years ago and since then I have been told via phone it takes time to process any liens that the client may need to repay. The only update that can be given is they will let us know when anything changes. In addition they have no actual update on your case as to when your file was actually turned over to the resolution company or the last date your file was worked on by the resolution company. This seems unacceptable to me and I believe most would agree. I am left to speculate as to why a firm would send no updates to clients. I wonder how many others are left waiting and wondering like me. Update: 5/2/2019 Settlement Check was received.

Unfortunately my niece and nephew lost their parents at a young age and left them to deal with probate as young adults. David helped guide them through each confusing step and was able to get their case closed in a timely manner with minimal leg work for them to complete. He was very responsive to any questions and helped them understand the process and what to do. He really looked out for their best interest and protected them from any issues that could have arose. I would definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with an estate issue.
