I would recommend thhis law firm to anyone. They did exactly what they said they would in a very efficient and timely manner. I am extremely pleased with their performance.

Rob was the first lawyer I called. I told him the details of my incident and he immediately informed me of how he thought I could help. Since I refused all sobriety test the prosecutor refused to make me a deal in our pretrial hearing due to the refusal charge. Rob immediately filled a motion to suppress evidence and subpoena'd all documentation, and devices used by the officers. The officers claimed that they never received the subpoena's and did not bring in any of the documentation Rob had requested. Rob was then able to pressure the prosecutor to lessen my charge to a reckless operation and dismissed the rest of the charges. I got 6 months probation small fines, and had to attend a 3 day driver intervention program. My license were suspended for only 180 days dated back to the date of the incident. Robert Healey was very knowledgeable about the field and I would recommend him to any one who needs a great attorney to fight an OVI charge

Rob was fantastic! Only wish I had him for my 1st DUI offence. He told me things my other attorney would not take the time to explain to me. For my most recent offence, Rob got my probation eliminated half way through. He truly does care about the little guy.
